SGT (Join to see) I called the 800 number, contacted the VA Sleep Clinic and the biggest culprit in this recall are cleaning solutions with ozone that I damaging the machine. However, registration with Phillips is so new ones can be issued. But individuals who are not using these not recommended cleaners are not having problems with loose foam.

PO3 Phyllis Maynard Good on you for calling the 800 number and the VA. Plain old soapy water seems to work well for cleaning my CPAP machines and accessories. When I once discover the interior of the machine’s water chamber to be ‘slippery’ despite my only pouring distilled water into it, I became more concerned with the general cleanliness of my CPAP equipment.
