Nature or forest bathing is part of Japanese culture and our studies show it is great for mental health

I sometimes do cannon balls in the creek bottom while yelling Marine Corp!. It is very spiritual and scares the snakes away long enough to get out of the water.
I'm not scared of the snakes. I just need to hurry out of the water and get back to my hammock and Platoon Sgt. back pain medicine. You see, if you are just hanging out in a jungle hammock you are lazy. But if you are hanging out in a jungle hammock with a few fishing lines in the water, you are a fisherman.
