Thank you my friend CSM Charles Hayden for posting a wonderful video of a snow cloud tumbling down to Kapuche lake is the world’s lowest glacier lake located at kaski district (NEPAL).
The snow avalanche is so high in elevation that a cloud forms above it and rolls down the valley with thunder and crack of lightning within the cloud is cool.
The rainbow at the end is marvelous

It appears to me as though charges may have been set to trigger it or they may have used a small cannon or mortar. I know that in some areas of North America, South America, and Europe they will use small cannons or mortars so public safety officials get to decide when an otherwise inevitable avalanche is going to occur.
