After our Pfizer shot they told us acetaminophen was fine, but avoid NSAIDS. I take naproxen to keep the arthritis from running rampant, they said to continue that.

Thank you for the medical share, seems a little weird that you cain't take the ibuprofen, or over the counter pain relief before hand though.
