The Philippines has had half a million Covid cases and 10,000 deaths. An official vaccination programme is due to begin in February, but there are reports that some people have been able to access vaccines ahead of that. Regine Cabato, Manila reporter for the Washington Post, explains how shipments of the vaccine have been arriving and distributed amongst groups of workers. She explains that it's not known whether the vaccines are authentic or whether they are being stored in the necessary conditions.
