Be prepared. If you don't have a gun, buy one. Luke 22:36-38 Jesus is also aware of fulfilling prophecy and makes a surprising statement that 2 swords are enough. He said to them, "but now if you have a purse, take it and also a bag: and if you don't have a sword, sell you cloak and buy one. Doing what Jesus said using modern day equivalent of the proper weapons allows you to go out and buy one. Then learn how to use and practice, practice, preactice.

I don't think we need to say that God is part of the equation when a real tyranical government is involved. Of Course HE IS but that's not what we need to concentrate on. We need to consider logistics and stealth as well as proper position.
