Thank you my friend MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. for making us aware that former Air Force Maj. Gen. Peter Gersten has been busted down to colonel after an investigation determined he had an affair with a subordinate, an Air Force spokeswoman confirmed.

Were the women also military personnel? Were they also charged with adultery?

I guess that either the rules have changed or it is still a form of RHIP. In the nineties, one of my former CTNA partners was given a felony conviction for adultery. He was only a major. I guess either adultery in the military is no longer a felony or you just don't convict generals of it. Just my $0.02.
