How much influence will Kamala Harris have?

Thank you my friend MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. for posting the speculation from powelineblog.com writer Paul Mirengoff on the influence Vice president nominee Kamala Harris would have in Biden presidency.
Hopefully this is a moot issue:-)
In any event it is simple speculation at this point to weigh in on this type of matter. the public role between POTUS and VPOTUS and the behind the scenes roles they have would no doubt shift over time as in all previous administrations. Granted there most likely is a multi-dimensional blueprint framework for division of responsibilities for those responsibilities that are not specified in the Constitution.
