This is utter BS...they were defending their property and their lives..."protestors" busted down their gates and were coming on their property, private property! I hope this judge throws this crap out because if they don't it is going to open a crapstorm for a free for all with no consequences.

They weren't protesters after they broke down a gate and entered a gated community. They were trespassers and should have been shot.
