Veterans need to be fully aware of the recently expanded caregiver program.

SMSgt David A Asbury - Basically veterans rated service connected at 70% or higher. The VA web site I posted did not explain it very well, so I recommend that all veterans rated 70% or higher, who served either prior to May 9, 1975 or after September 11, 2001 apply and let VA do their job of making a final determination of eligibility for the caregiver stipend.

Thanks, when the time comes if needed, I meet the eligibility requirements for prior May 1975. Now I need to pass this on to a friend that might qualify.

Great commentary from a voice of experience! SGT Robert Pryor thanks for sharing so I can share with a few younger veterans who dislike Prez Trump ( based on msm).
