I admit that I am principled. Having said that let me explain. I vote Republican because of the Democratic party platform,i.e., abortion, and larger government. I stand for my Christian beliefs and the rights of the individual to worship their own way, even when I do not agree with their tenets. So yes, I can admit I am principled.

Don't you realize that you're myopic and you just confirmed what I already posted? The president vehemently opposed the left and the right groups. I guess what you don't like is mhe's talking about the good people that were in the middle. Those were the peaceful protesters that he was referring to. But the people that came from the left came prepared for a war. He wasn't browbeaten into anything. It doesn't fit your narrative. You just proved my point for me.
