Ruth Bader Ginsburg Dies, Just as President Trump Releases His List of SCOTUS Judges

As most are aware by now, Justice Ginsburg passed yesterday. I took a moment to think of Her Family and Friends. Life goes on though. This close to the election will the Dems in the Senate try to postpone conformation hearings on the subject of seating another Justice prior to November 3rd? I believe it to be quite probable. Ted Cruz is on the list. Has he ever sat on the Bench anywhere?

Didn’t always agree with her but have to respect her for all she endured and fought for. She was a hero to many.

Based on the vacancy of 2016, they have Mitch McConnell on their side since he believes there should be no confirmation even 8 months before an election. It should be left to the voters to decide via the election. Since the Kentucky Senator operates on principle, he will not allow the confirmation to occur
