It's clear that you're trying to make an assertion that Fort Hood is inherently criminal in nature. For the daytime population of over 200,000 people that's not the case. Five homicides out of 200000 people on base and 49 thousand soldiers? Yes, Fort Hood has the highest crime rate of any military base in the Free World. It is a microcosm of our country as a whole. I haven't been there in years is a military policeman and cannot speak to how and what military police are allowed to do as they share their work with DOD police. I can tell you that when I was there we had stakeouts where we would be in civilian clothes up in a tree waiting for a burglar that hit nearly every night in particular areas.

I believe you are deliberately distorting the number. You did give a breakdown of the 26th but put undue emphasis on homicides which were only five. Suicides are not new to any military post. I've been on many. You're actually going to try to import traffic accident deaths in impune Fort Hood because of driving? Individuals have died of illness? Did you count the civilian spouses? Don't get twisted but your overall premise is BS. Why don't you try saying what it is you really want to say instead of beating around the bush?
