Charging Kyle Rittenhouse with first-degree murder is facially absurd

He had no business being there in the first place. It is one thing for an adult to answer a call-to-arms in another state, but quite different when a minor does it.

And yet, the unorganized militia consists of every able-bodied male from 17-45 and who are not members of the National Guard or Naval Militia. Rittenhouse is 17 and certainly seemed able bodied in the videos. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10/246

MSG Stan Hutchison - And to show you it is not just some right wing paper making things up........Riot Kitchen reported it as well, their side of the story was all the gas they purchased was to run generators, which I think is BS.......... https://seattle.eater.com/2020/8/28/21405482/seattle-volunteer-group-riot-kitchen-arrested-kenosha-wisconsin
Seattle-Based Volunteer Group That Feeds Protesters and Activists Arrested in Kenosha
Riot Kitchen had previously been a presence at the Capitol Hill Organized Protest, giving out free meals

SPC Erich Guenther - While I thank you for the links, I did not see anything that ties the BLM leadership to that.
The right attempts to tie everyone involved to "BLM" leadership, which is nonsense. For one thing, BLM does not have a rigid chain of command, it is just a bunch of people gathering for one purpose, to protest the killings of black people. For another, that "leadership" has never been directly tied to any violence or looting.
BLM and Antifa has become a usable target for the right. Riots? Must be one of them.
Wrong.

MSG Stan Hutchison - Problem is of course in order to have a protest you have to have a protest permit and a designated leader of the protest. So to say if you have a carvan of left wingers following you around protest to protest and that BLM management is completely oblivious to it. Implies that the leader of each BLM protest is completely different and does not communicate with any other BLM protest leader. Like the Kenosha Police I find that very difficult to believe. Also, the Kenosha Police was tipped off by an insider they were going to torch buildings in Kenosha. To say an insider to Kitchen Riot knows there true motivations but that they are kept secret from the BLM protest organizers I think is also a stretch. Regardless, the fact they intended to commit a Felony and crossed state lines to do so and they have an insider claiming that means that more than likely the FBI is now involved.

SPC Erich Guenther - I see a lot of speculation in your post. That does not mean you are incorrect. It does mean there is not substantiated evidence to your claim.
Thank you.
Thank you.
