This honestly makes no sense. You have just as much likelihood to catch it in a pharmacy as you do in a doctor office. I don't really see how someone afraid to take their kid to the doctor office during this would be more comfortable taking them to a pharmacy for shots.

I have to agree with you both, and how do we know if they've been trained to give shots. This could turn into a nightmare.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - The reason vaccines dropped is because parents were afraid to take their kids into the doctor office because of all the covid. Not because of appointments. They didn't want to expose their kids - hence my comment as to this exposes them just as much as going into a doctor office.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - not really. The majority of people who now are in doctors offices are ill. If they can manage by telehealth, they are doing that instead.

GySgt Thomas Vick - they are trained to give shots. More people get flu shots from pharmacists than doctors. And the shingles shots are also increasingly given by pharmacists.
