I saw this story in the news and I was appalled...the man has been charged with first degree murder and IMHO he should receive the death penalty

it does not matter how or why it happened if you think this justifies or lightens the death of the boy or lightens the responsibility of the guy who pulled the trigger your in need of a morals check. Any child who is hurt or killed no matter what color they are is a terrible thing and that person needs to pay the price. No what color they are.
