Is 'Wokism' Systemically Racist?

This is a new one to me sir.

I'm "woke" and it happened a few years ago. I work with and around a lot of so called white people, and also many of them are my neighbors. When the conversations get deep, I'm usually in the mist of it, because I challenging the whitewash view of things. There's never any fighting or arguments. Just conversations and questions. Only time I can remember things getting a little heated is when there are lawyers in the conversations. They usually don't like what I ask and say.... Anyway, being "woke" is not racist at all. Just the people who use the term as a reason to be assholes.
