PO1 Tony Holland That is a tactic similar to that used by LTC Allen West in Iraq in 2003. LTC West discharged his pistol near a prisoner’s head while seeking information. LTC West paid a non-judicial $5,000 fine and was allowed to retire. He is now a speaker for the Republicans and decries abortion.
