Air Force Preparing for Furloughed Commercial Pilots to Request Return to Duty

My good friend and neighbor is a commercial pilot, without military experience. He told me that the former military would be the last to be furloughed because it will be based on total hours of flight time, and his employer counts their military hours, in addition to their commercial hours.
