Zimbabwe printing new notes as inflation nears 1,000%: What you need to know

Zimbabwe has begun printing new notes in $10 and $20 denominations at a time when annual inflation stands at 926%, according to a state media report. Quoting Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) monetary policy committee member Eddie Cross, the Sunday Mail report said the decision was “imminent” to increase liquidity in the market.

Thank you my friend PO3 (Join to see) for making us aware about the inflationary of Zimbabwe. It seems they may have learned from the Weimar Republic post Great War to let the inflation run high as they print off higher denominations to pay of debt most likely.

LTC Stephen F. - Ya,,, there are a lot of countries that have traveled down the dark paths,,, Japan,,, China/currently etc.... But that is what supprises me,,, with today's (2020) tech and education, leaders would learn and not fall for those traps.
