I seem to remember someone rebutting that poster "34" with once the numbers were broken down 23 of the the 'murdered' were in the act of conducting an armed crime. Another 6 were 'murdered' after they engaged police during robbery. then 4 were felons would were involved in home invasions. That last 1 was a prison escapee trying to hold a guard hostage.
