Great news, about time a judge out of the west coast applied the law and was not a judicial activist

Good morning Michael. You have said right. The judicial system has become too politicalized and oversteps their mandates.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen
LTC (Join to see) Agree and what is currently going on with judicial appointments isn't going to help that any time soon.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - So very true, but look at the ideologies of the ones responsible. It all falls on political lines of who is in office. Some of these judges, especially in California were Dimwitcrat appointees. Those appointed under the Republican watch are few and far between.

Good morning Cowboy. IMHO anyone should be able to by ammo without further government inquiry. Gun owners like my wife and myself had background checks before purchasing our weapons and that should be enough. If my friends want to purchase ammo to use in my weapon, why should he/she have to go through a backgroung check.
