Very important to keep it secure, either safe or trigger locks are both good solutions to the safety and always assume and treat a firearm as if it loaded even when it isn't, check first and foremost. Revolvers I can load six rounds quickly with speed loaders which I still have. Never ever forget basic safety rules !
