Elections Matter: Pennsylvania Attorney General “Re-defines” Firearms

Unreal... Another ploy to control guns.

As of now a judge has ruled against the AG. Waiting to see if it gets appealed.

Sounds like an effort to curb commerce in components used by a private gunsmith to craft a firearm. This is a very parochial and narrow issue, but it does indicate intentions. Anti-gun folks want to narrow the industry so they can attack it with litigation. A small gunsmith operation would be very difficult to have standing to sue or even legislate against, so you get efforts like this one.

I agree with the moral of the story. Know what you are voting for.
