Sorry the link is so arcane but it connects to the Dry Bar Comedy feed on YouTube. Never heard of it. Well, allow me to introduce you. Once upon a time stand up comedy was funny. The comic performed, you laughed. Don't you miss those days? I did. Political correctness killed stand up. Put a gun to each comics head and said, "Go ahead. Make my day." For a time, the comics could make jokes about President Trump. But even those halcyon days are lost in the fog of political correctness. Say anything on an American campus and either the students retreat to their safe places sucking the thumbs, or they launch a protest. Sort of reminds me of Bill Cosby (dare I mention him?) when he spoke of his high school classmates who became either priests or murderers. No middle ground. Well, Dry Bar Comedy is taking the plunge. They have stand up comics stand up to political correctness and tell jokes. That's right! Actual jokes. Funny ones, too. No scatological references. Clean jokes. "Dry Bar" refers to the fact that the audience isn't drunk. Imagine that! The comics have to be good at their craft. They can't depend on the audience to be laughing simply because they're tipsy. Of course, the Leftists won't get it. They don't have a sense of humor. Haven't had one since 2016. Isn't that sad. Imagine all the fun they might be having laughing at President Trump like the rest of us instead of giving themselves apoplexy. Sad...
