Now that I have taken the time to read it through, I wish I had been a witness to it. It appears that the Atty for NYC got quite flustered and frustrated. The questions and comments from the Justices were pretty much along the ideological lines I expected. Justice Ginsberg near the end seemed to get a bit perturbed with the council for the City. Overall I am heartened by what I read.
