Good Monday COL Mikel J. Burroughs and RP Friends.
“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.”--RALPH WALDO EMERSON

I pray that you and I are realize that we role models for many who look to us to see what we do more than listen to what we say, my friend and brother-in-Christ Sgt Deborah Cornatzer.
LORD I am grateful that YOU tell us to rest from our labor on a regular basis, YOU instruct us to let the agricultural earth grow fallow for a season to become more fruitful later, and You renew our minds by the washing of YOUR word.
I pray dear God that we who are YOURS have compassion on those we are responsible for be they family or employees. Motivate us to encourage them and accept their honest failures and offer them a new beginning in trust. I pray for wisdom to discern honest mistakes from deliberate intent to sabotage relationships to products.
Empower each of us to begin a day motivated to do our best to treat others as we would want to be treated. I pray that we confess our failures before we sleep and that we sincerely accept confessions of failure in our relationship with family members and trusted companions and workers.
Remind us dear Holy Spirit to love others as we were first loved by YOU. I am grateful that YOU convict and never condemn the brothers and sister-in-Christ who are each washed by the blood of the Atonement
I pray that each one of YOUR adopted children and their loved ones sleep well tonight.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.
