I was listening to Fox News and Carl Rove was debating a Democrat. The Democrat says the facts need to be determined, then course of action taken. Rove said the IG turned it over to the DOJ. The law the IG quoted the DOJ says doesn’t apply.. This is solely in the President’s domain.
