RED FLAG INSANITY: Pro-Trump Former Marine Has Guns Confiscated to Protect ANTIFA Terrorists -...

A Trump supporter in Oregon was stripped of his firearms under the state’s red flag laws for declaring that his rights wouldn’t be trampled upon by ANTIFA terrorists who have rampaged throughout Portland during the summer.

MY COMMENT:

This former Marine was targeted and then disarmed because of his transparent intentions to defend himself and others against a domestic enemy.

Some of us who have taken the oath of enlistment and believe that because we never reneged or disavowed that promise consider ourselves #Oathkeepers, #Sheepdogs, and #Patriots.

Shane Kohfield is all of those things and more, but because he owns weapons, is a former Marine, and is under treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), he was denied his right to due process and then stripped of his Second Amendment (#2A) Constitutional right to "keep and bear arms."

Our founders felt so strongly about this right that they DOUBLE guaranteed it. As a right in and of itself in #2A, our forefathers, who created this country out of blood, sweat and tears, said also that this RIGHT "shall not be infringed."

If red flag laws are not an infringement on the right to keep and bear arms then what is?

Thomas Jefferson famously said, "When the people fear the government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is Liberty."

ANTIFA, who threaten our liberty, are the worst of the worst of the Alt-Left, are allowed to assemble bearing implements of violence (bats, sticks, clubs), and dress for anonymous mischief (masks, bandanas and helmets covering their faces and heads), why is it that THEY are not disarmed? Why is ANTIFA allowed to assemble UN-peacefully? Why is ANTIFA allowed to create and perpetrate violence over and over again with impunity?

Mr. Kohfield broke no laws, was not arrested and made no direct threats to anyone. He merely explained what his intentions were IF ANTIFA killed someone.

We want Mr. Kohfield, and people like him, at the tip of the spear in the Global War on Terror. We trained, paid, armed and clothed this protector of freedom and liberty. We sleep BETTER at night knowing people like him are on that wall, defending our freedom and liberty. Why would we expect him to behave differently against a domestic threat than he would a foreign threat?

What is LOST on the out-of-touch-with-reality Liberals behind red flag laws is that our oath REQUIRES us to defend the Constitution against ALL ENEMIES, foreign AND DOMESTIC.

ANTIFA is a DOMESTIC ENEMY, as surely as are those who proclaim unconstitutional action against our President and our laws.

Shane Kohfield is a hero. Shane Kohfield is a patriot. Without him and people like him, and their weapons, lawfully kept and used, the government can act with impunity against any of us at any time.

That's not what I signed up for, and it must change now, before all of us are disarmed. (NOTE: I currently own no personal weapons, but 9 months ago applied for a handgun permit in New York; still waiting.)

Mr. Kohfield was targeted and discriminated against because of his status as 1) A gun owner, 2) Military background, and 3) His PTSD. How number three ever got past the HIPAA laws I'll never know. I suppose if you have PTSD you don't get HIPAA protection either. He should be reunited with his lawfully owned arms immediately, and left to his GUARANTEED freedom and liberty, which he defended (and will still defend) with a blank check for everything up to and including his life.
