It may seem harsh but if you can't maintain discipline you will get yourself and/or one of your team killed or injured.

Sgt (Join to see) There is a Lot that Seems Hokey about this but it is a Situation that can Allow for Some Problems. They don't operate in same Realm as Most Sailors and "Adult Supervision" is Always "Debatable". See what Happened with LCDR Richard Marcinko.

Good the leadership is still there to identify the problem and look to solve it. If there behavior to be unethical and unlawful outside of their mission one needs to look at what was the reason for this.
