Well, interesting that a majority of American citizens want the question on the census.

Lt Col Charlie Brown I'm not 100% sure that is true. Regardless we live in a nation of laws and a constitutional form of government, not mob rule.

SSG Michael Noll - Meh, not that worried about ANTIFA. I'm more worried about domestic terrorist groups that are actually killing people.

It's an illegal attempt to influence population counts so that conservatives can gain more seats in the house of representatives. We need an accurate population count, and this would negatively impact our ability to obtain that. End of question.

Old wives tale and no evidence to support having the question on the form has any impact on participation...........you know why right? Enumerators have no clue what anyones immigration status is. Merely asking someone if they are illegal or not does not get them to turn around and run away. They will most likely stand there and lie to the enumerator. Regardless the question is not needed on the form, Census Bureau stated that at the start of the controversy they have a method of cross tabulation to produce a more accurate result to answer the question of who is a Citizen and who is not and they told both POTUS and Capital Hill before the controversy even erupted.
