I had JUST gotten the blues, then ended up getting out. Never wore them ONCE. So I definitely feel you on that one. Keep your fingers crossed, and hope the mandatory possession date is WELL after you're out.

SGT James LeFebvre - I have 4 years until I hit my MRD. I just got selected for LTC. I will retire before I become eligible for O6 so I will never need another DA photo. Odds are very high that if I have to buy the new dress uniform I will never wear it a single time.

I like the look. But, as a reservist, I don't like the idea of spending $700 for a uniform that I will only wear once a year at most. I've had the ASU for 9 years, worn it a grand total of 5 times for probably less than 6 hours total.

Yep I feel you. I have to buy the current ASU for BOLC this coming year and then also the new uniform when it comes out. Just like you as a reservist I bet I wear the ASU maybe 2-3 times ever and the new uniform a few times. LTC (Join to see)
