Truthfully, this is more like Duffleblog than reality. Now for our idiotic enemies like Iran, it might be a possibility

Not commenting on the geopolitical realities/unrealities of the day, instead noting that friendships/alliances have shifted over time and will continue to do so.

15 or so years back a highly paid semiconductor industry maintenance technician about 30-ish years old (spoke perfect English and all around good guy) who was working at the company I was employed by announced he was leaving and taking his wife and young kids back to Iran. No one could believe why as he had a good life in Silicon Valley. He said he was going back to help his brother expand the business that he had started - he also said (which spoke volumes at the time) that it isn’t as bad as you think/hear over there otherwise I wouldn’t be going (and for sure things could have worsened for him and he may be second guessing that decision now - and good luck getting back to the valley since housing has doubled/tripled and more since then).

No question that the current situation is a mess and hope things work out (as to how who knows) to the benefit of the citizens of the nations (multiple) that always seem to get caught in the middle when leaderships (good/bad/evil and otherwise) arm wrestle (and worse). Clip is an excerpt from the full “Big Picture.”
