Warriors for Life Group Support and Community Service hosted by COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs will be discussing and sharing information on Nightmares and Sleep Disorders caused by PTSD, TBI, and MST.

Trauma-based nightmares are more frequent, are more intense, and they can persist throughout the lifespan.

I hope you can join us this Saturday night or just come in for the first time and listen to the group and host. Invite a friend that is interested and come along with them for the experience.

This is a great group of Veterans and Civilians from RallyPoint and all over sharing and discussing things that are working, not working, and their experiences from the comfort of their home. This is our third year and we're expanding and growing. We now have in production the "Warrior for Life" Challenge Coin and we're also looking for volunteer facilitators to help with other nights of the week, so we can expand our reach.
