Let's not be hasty. Wayne was a man of his time. He really did saw some awfully offensive things. So was Walt Disney. I suspect that so long as we are in the mood to judge people by standards that didn't exist in the time of their lives, let's take old Walt down off his pedestal too. He forbade employees at Disneyland to have facial hair. Ironic, isn't it? He was both racist and anti-Semetic. There was no coming out of any closets, not at the Magic Kingdom. And, let's not forget, he drew characters flashing the audience (Donald Duck never wore pants and has been banned in certain European countries for this fact alone)

CPT Jack Durish Perhaps you should do an ‘Ostrich’ maneuver rather that direst their attention to Disneyland.

It’s not just California, CSM Charles Hayden. I sometimes think much of the country is turned upside down. I don’t really have a solution to what’s going on either.
