A big "SALUTE" to the nurses of Vietnam, with alot of respect.
My mother was a nurse in the 50's at Naval Hospital, Key West Florida. She's buried there, she past away in 1958, my mother I never got to know.

SPC Douglas Bolton - Thank you Sir, when she past away, that left my single parent father that was stationed on a submarine to take care of us five kids. When he went to sea, he left us five kids at the "Saint Mary Star of the Sea" convent with the nuns. In the 50's, my brothers and sisters and I went to, "Saint Mary Star of the Sea" school, which then, was only a school for children that weren't white. The school still exist to date, old buildings aren't there anymore.
What was ironic is, my mother's name was, "Mary", and my father's name is, "Jesus".
Picture is of the, Saint Mary Star of the Sea convent and school in 1890, but I still remember going there for 1st grade, and up the stairs.
