Sad, but unexpected IMHO LTC (Join to see) that 19-year-old Toronto resident, Marcella Zoia, "briefly appeared in court on Wednesday to face charges of common nuisance, mischief endangering life and damage to property over $5,000. She was released on $2,000 bail."
It is unconscionable in my mind that after"tossing chairs and other objects off the balcony of a downtown Toronto highrise" which endangered who knows how many were minding their own business at the street level.
IMHO she should have been charged with reckless endangerment.

Wanton Endangerment 1st, is a better charge if they have it. That is always a felony.

She needs at least 6 months in jail. She may be a sociopath, but a little punishment never hurt.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel pot and alcohol are available in Canada for those who are 18. Also, there is no curfew so she probably has had a wild life. Who knows if she will get into more trouble and get hurt or die because of her stupidity.
