So until you know don't call it unjustified until he is found not guilty, then call for heads. The other is as you said the GySgt, is a Marine and he understand the 5S's of EPW/Detainee handling that you have no clue of, yes SEAL's are trained in this as in all ground forces that will be in these situations where they handle EPW's. Yes I have e been around that type of stuff have handled EPW's and seen others SOF and Marines handle them, most do it with respect, yes get rough at times, but still respect.
