I hope the truth will come out publicly. It certainly sounds as though he is not guilty

So he posed with a severed head at his reenlistment, that he cut off a live ISIS and he thinks nothing would happen. Dumbass got caught up in the war. SEALS think that they are immune to ROE, UCMJ. They are no different than the rest of us who serve, screw up and do something stupid and you get burned. Boohoo, no F's given to him or others like him who committed jackassery.

PO3 Michael Townsend
GySgt Timmy John Shoemaker - Do you honestly believe that happened? You're a Marine! You are part of the best fighting force on the planet. Think about how ludicrous that is; let alone that those involved in the reenlistment ceremony would even take part in that. Chief Gallagher is being held unjustly.

PO3 Michael Townsend - They have photos, form his phone. You also have to remember it was Joint SOF Compound and that means the Team was not the only ones on that SOF, Outpost, I have been on many of them and they are small, so everyone knows what everyone does. Bottom line they lost a detainee under his charge and looks like murder, yes you have articles posted that look like they lean one way. He will have his time in court and if he was falsely accused then others will pay. There was a Marine there that filed the complaint before the SEAL's turned him in, also the EOD guys have not went on record, but their Chief I know, has said the whole thing was bad. So until you know don't call it unjustified until he is found not guilty, then call for heads. The other is as you said the GySgt, is a Marine and he understand the 5S's of EPW/Detainee handling that you have no clue of, yes SEAL's are trained in this as in all ground forces that will be in these situations where they handle EPW's. Yes I have e been around that type of stuff have handled EPW's and seen others SOF and Marines handle them, most do it with respect, yes get rough at times, but still respect.
