Thank you my friend SGT (Join to see) for reminding us that on "October 14, 1964, Martin Luther King Jr. was announced as the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize."
His campaign of peaceful nonviolence to bring about change by advancing civil rights for all US citizens especially African American/black people. He stood firm while many wanted violence.
He well-deserved this award.
