I love the ergonomics of the h&k, but I can't stand the mag release.
I owned a USP for a long time. I told myself if I trained with it, I would get used to it...I got proficient enough, but I still didn't like it.

Needs to try any model of handgun prior to purchase. We all have our quirkiness and where one gun is great for one it may not be for another.

The FN 9c 9mm was actually made during the running for the next new service weapon. They were under bid by SIG. Very good weapon. Ambidextrous slide and mag release, optional no safety. Comes already with night sights and rail system as standard. Comes with a 10, 12, and 17 rnd double stack mags.

I’d love to get my hands on a H&K. Especially a 416 and/or a 417. A USP would be nice too.

I've got a Sig P250 SC right now, and I love it. The size, weight, and balance are perfect for me personally. The one issue I have with it is that it's a single action hammer fired so the trigger pull is significant. It took some getting used to in a controlled environment, so accuracy would likely be an issue if I had to use it under duress.

The ex used to carry a HK USP Compact .45 as her duty weapon. It cost us a pretty penny but damn that thing fired as smooth as a gravy sandwich.

SSG (Join to see) - I have an HK USP 40 and 45. They are both so smooth to shoot that it's hard to go back to a 1911.

SSG (Join to see) - I have a P-250 too, I got it for the DA trigger and like it very much, just like shooting a revolver. I do shoot revolvers as well, anything that shoots is ok with me.
