SSG Warren Swan Warren you asked, "How did you allow alcohol to take away what you spent decades making?" That's easy to answer, he either was never caught before or he had superiors that enabled him by never reporting him. I'm gonna go with the second one.

SGM the second one definitely makes it a true leadership failure and one that should be looked into. But would the Navy do it? I used to think the Army damn sure wouldn’t, but after Thr BRO commander being relieved due to thinking with the wrong head, I know maybe we would. Would the Navy feel they ‘got their man’ and roll out from there?
