Hmm... the bursting housing bubble (caused by government regulation) was the primary cause of the economic collapse.
That situation no longer exists. I don’t see any artificial ‘bubbles’ being created at this time to create those conditions again.

You mean deregulation. The housing market crash was a result of government financial markets.
We’re seeing another wave of deregulation and removal of oversight for consumer protections. The only bubble is the one to avoid the actions we are seeing by GOP led states and federal governments.
