Ok. While that many questions is ridiculous, where’s the outrage when McConnell blocked Obama’s pick for SCOTUS claiming the incoming President should choose? Obstructionist or no? Both parties are specialists in obstruction and we’re the ones who pay for it

Y'all are too funny. It was completely appropriate for the GOP in the Senate to stall and delay hearings on a Democratic SCOTUS nominee, but you get all butthurt when the situation is reversed? The Senate rules prohibit having a vote on the nominee until he answers all the questions put to him, so the Dems send almost 1,300 questions. They don't give a damn about the answers, it's a stalling tactic. They are doing the same thing that the GOP did on Merrick Garland, trying to wait until after the election in hope that their numbers will be higher, or that they take control of the Senate.

You know, if you start pulling this type of crap, you shouldn't be surprised when the other side does the same thing.

And if he answered 1277 very favorably we would only hear about the 1278th.
