(Note: Per protocol, TSA agents are supposed to use fresh gloves before touching a passenger.)

Doesn't mean that they follow rules, I that they make their own.

I think they probably don’t get provided that many boxes of gloves that they would need if they actually followed that rule and it could become quite costly to go through that many gloves with the amount of passengers they see every day.
