Are males allowed that in any service? No. I think ponytails are stupid in uniform. I hate seeing them on female soldiers during PT since they changed it. I have never had my hair fall out in a bun doing PT. Not in 14 years. I know everyone's hair is different. But ponytails...no. For anyone.
