I figured it may be old news. I saw the story about the man going to get his promotion. I thought this may be a new or update where it actually shows this 98 year old 2nd Lieutenant actually get his butter bars. If it's old news, then that's okay. We need to reinforce the Injustice of African Americans and other ethnic groups that not only were not allowed to be commissioned officers but often downgraded their metals from Medal of Honor to distinguished service Cross or silver star when they should have been Medal of Honor. I know right now there's an ongoing review of citations for those I just mentioned to review and see if those men and women had their Awards downgraded on purpose because of racism.
