Group seeks help with flowers for military

RP Members and Connections check out the video from thisn morning with 9NEWS in Denver, CO - Memorial Day is right around the corner and we need your help with placing a flower on every grave at FORT LOGAN NATIONAL CEMETERY!

We have raised enough money for 1,212 roses to-date and we need more. $100 buys 125 roses. Both, my wife and I have donated $100 and our Mother has donated $100 as well. Great event for children and families!

Victory for Veterans Foundation and Memorial Day Flowers Foundation have partnered up to make sure that we place a flower on every grave at Fort Logan National Cemetery and we need your help.

I'd like to have as many individuals and their connections helping me in this great effort - this is what Memorial Day is all about.

The start time will be 9:00 AM at the Information Center on Fort Logan National Cemetery.

I'll be there a little before 9:00 AM on my motorcycle wearing my ALR Post 178 Vest. We'll start right at 10:00 AM sharp on Memorial Day laying flowers on certain sections of the cemetery. Depending on how many donations and sponsors we get, each individual will get a bucket of 125 roses to lay on the graves or pass out to families who don't have flowers.
