School shooting victim 'brain dead,' life support ending

Capt Dwayne Conyers “Brain dead”? My grandchildren have all executed a ‘Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare’.

If in physical distress, disabled and/or in need of medical intervention; that ‘Power of Attorney’ would allow a parent or friend to make necessary medical decisions on their behalf.

When a child attains the ages of 18, under the law, they are adults. Unless authorized, no one may make decisions for them!
