Thanks Maj Marty Hogan for letting us know that January 29 is the anniversary of the birth of English-born American political activist, philosopher, political theorist and revolutionary Thomas Paine.
Rest in peace Thomas Paine!
"Thomas pain was the first man to print a book for the masses telling them the church and bible were full of nothing but lies. He wrote the rights of man for the first time in print telling people they have rights no government of king can take away. He wasn't just an American hero he was a lightning rod that helped change the world for the better!"

Maj Marty Hogan Having John Adams recognize Thomas Paine by saying "Without the pen of the author of Common Sense, the sword of Washington would have been raised in vain", was a great compliment and endorsement by a fellow Patriot!
