He should be held accountable for his actions. His "prank" resulted in a death. This guy had the title "Famed God" because of his prior success in "swatting" incidents and was paid by others to conduct these calls/events.

What was involuntary about it? Dude called the cops who killed an innocent man. Sounds like murder through cop which is a freakin shame. 11yrs is all he'll face? So the guys family, the cop, and his family are stuck the rest of their lives reliving a freakin bad joke? Not fair at all.

CPT (Join to see) - Doing good and yourself ma'am? After reading the posts, I understand somewhat more now, but I'm taken aback thinking he's damn near going to walk away with minimal time to serve. I'm usually hard on LEO's and their use of weapons (good shot/bad shot), but this kid destroyed two families and made a cop take a "bad shot" over a prank. I don't count his in this because they'll be able to visit him alive, and take him home when his bid is up. The other two families have a lifetime of grief, and a cop who will second guess himself for the foreseeable future. They're should be bigger repercussions from this.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Yes I understand. I worded it poorly. I'm trying to say that he failed to use reasonable care and that his prank call resulted in consequences that caused the death of someone and that it was foreseeable that this was a possibility given the nature of the call he placed to authorities.
